If the Vietnamese American prisoners of war gathered with me, we would petition to the International Court of Justice that would resolve the Paris Peace Accords because the United Nations Organization has approved the Paris Peace Accords. The Vietnamese American prisoners of war have been boundlessly enriching in the United States when they worry about jurisprudence. In this case, the United States Supreme Court has the same rule of the International Court of Justice, but the United States Supreme Court has allowed one plaintiff who claims in the US Supreme Court. Therefore, I will wait for the United Nations Organization to allow one plaintiff, so I ought to petition for the Vietnam War by the Paris Peace Accords. That is why the Paris Peace Accords was an unequal international treaty, but the United Nations Organization hasn't cared about this unequal international treaty. Author Bright Quang
