We, the Vietnamese people, have never known President Johnson has created his doctrine " Salesmanship campaign in 1967" because after World War II, President Turman (Democratic Party) has been built the fifty wars on the whole world to 1974, that is why the United States has been sold its national bonds when mainland China and Japan have been bought all of the American bonds. As a result, mainland China has been accumulating American bonds that have increased by one thousand four hundred trillion. Hence, the United States couldn't have been able to pay the national bonds to mainland China- just because the United States has been playing for wars, the United States was bankrupted by a drained budget. For this reason, President Johnson decided to pay sovereign Vietnam to mainland China when President Mao Ze Dong was happily to accept. As a result, The United States has secretly betrayed its Vietnam ally and opened the green light to let the mainland send its troops to North Vietnam while the Soviet Union sent S.300 missiles to North Vietnam. On the other hand, the United States secretly supported some Southern leaders to the Front Revolution South Vietnam and on the other side, the United States has made the Republic of Vietnam to the weakest power like Lamson 719 Operation. That is why President Nguyen Van Thieu didn't have the right to decide this Lamson 719 Operation. On the Paris Peace Accords, the United States didn't give President Nguyen Van Thieu to decide his nation when the United States allowed North Troops to legally reside in South Vietnam. As we know from 1970 to 1973, the North troops have secretly withdrawn to the highlands while the Phoenix Program has killed so many north soldiers, spies, and secret guerillas- therefore, North Vietnam wasn't able to rebel. Therefore, the first year of 1975, the United States opened a green light to welcome North troops when they progressed on the Ho Chi Minh trail night and day, that is why the United States has ordered the South Vietnam troops to fight against North Troops. While the United States has secretly banned General Tran Thien Khiem to fight anti- North Troops because Mr. Tran Thien Khiem has not only made CIA spies but also held control of President Van Thieu during Mr. Tran Thien Khiem visited President Nguyen Van Thieu together in Nha Trang City. After that, South Vietnam decided to divide the lands from Quang Tri to Ninh Thuan province for North Vietnam. While North troops didn't attack South Vietnam, the United States secretly ordered South troops to cut and run without having attacked North Vietnam while no North Troops came to power. Because the United States has needed 1,400. trillion of the national bonds of mainland China, the United States has closed-end- mortgage sovereign Vietnam in limited its which that the United States did in the Vietnam War. In conclusion, the United States has two political schools; one political school has been worshipping mainland China and the other respects Russia which is why the United States has been persuaded worldwide, let humans fight against socialism.
