In the meanwhile, the United States has prided itself on all of multilateral and bilateral treaties of the United States that solemnly signed with the Republic of Vietnam on the Vietnam War from the decades in the forty, fifty, sixty, and seventy in the past. On the other hand, the United States hasn't kept its voices together with its works, so the worsened matters had taken place in the Vietnam War and rose to his life, his people, and his sacred nation. For those reasons, he can't describe adequately detailly in the Vietnam War while the end of Vietnam War by the international multilateral agreement- when this treaty's mastermind has built from the powerful political American leaders- Therefore, he would like to copped an original Paris Peace Accords because this treaty was to be the mainstream American law by 1 USC 113 "- a little and brown's" edition of laws and treaties; slip laws; treaties and other international Acts Series; admissibility in evidence ( July 30, 1947) and here: According to the United States Constitution has no Articles and Chapters allowed the United States Congress and the American leaders to invade and subvert the sovereignty of Vietnam during the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution says, " Section1. That is why no the United States Congressmen and the powerful American political leaders born in Vietnam, lived in Vietnam, and had Vietnamese citizens which is why the United States Congress has enacted law to invade and subvert sovereign Vietnam while the Vietnamese people didn't vote for any Congressmen and American Presidents, which is why they have been assassinated, been coup, and sold sovereign Vietnam to mainland China and imprisoned us without having prosecuted of judgments by the American laws or international laws like Writ Habeas Corpus while we have never had rebellion against the United States because we live far from the United States a half of circle earth without having terrorized to the United States and American people.
