At the same time, the Vietnamese citizens didn’t vote for the United States Congressmen and super American political leaders, which is why the Vietnamese people, sovereign Vietnam, and Armed Forces have been obliged to obey the unequal American laws and treaties to let the United States freely deprive the sovereign Vietnam and sell to third Parties. Let the Plaintiff carry out the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin.
