USSC Public Hearing - March 12-13, 2025, Day 2/ 20. 28 U.S. Code § 2245 - Certificate of trial judge admissible in evidence-  On the hearing of an application for a writ of habeas corpus to inquire into the legality of the detention of a person pursuant to a judgment the certificate of the judge who presided at the trial resulting in the judgment, setting forth the facts occurring at the trial, shall be admissible in evidence. Copies of the certificate shall be filed with the court in which the application is pending and in the court in which the trial took place. (June 25, 1948, ch. 646, 62 Stat. 966.) To follow this Act, the Court may not dismiss his case, because a clear, exact case of the transparency of the American justice when the Plaintiff had never violated criminals to the sovereignty of the United States and not expressed any animosity to the American People. In contrast, the ambition of the wars of the United States has forced it, its sacred nation, and its people, and the Nguyen family to bear so much burden of suffering due to the unfairness of the United States Congress, as the plaintiff has expressed at the First and Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution already.
