Defamed, Slandered, and libeled of 28 USC§ 4101

28 U.S. Code § 4101 - Definitions Under this statute, the Plaintiff seeks to uphold human dignity, Human Rights, honor, and national face, which is why the American leaders defamed, slandered, and libeled the plaintiff, who is a former lieutenant police chief of the sovereignty of Vietnam.
