USSC Public Hearing - July 15, 2024
H.R. 5490 Foreign Assistance Act of 1963.
The plaintiff thinks that the hearing before the US Congress for Assistance for sovereign Vietnam is an unlawful matter, which is why the plaintiff has dared to explain to the Court. Please let him know three reasons in court: first, he bases on the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, Section 1. Second, no American congressmen or leaders were born, lived, and grew up in Vietnam when they didn't serve anything to the Vietnamese people. Why do they enact the law to the sovereignty of Vietnam? Third, No Vietnamese people were born, grew up, and lived and voted for the United States Congressmen or any American Presidents in the United States. Why had the U.S. Congress represented the Vietnamese people and sovereign Vietnam? Finally, the US Congress abused boundlessly enrichments to donate to Vietnam in order to build an evil war under a mask to fight against communism. Why does the United States alter the American justice system to disloyalty to a close Vietnam ally?
