USSC Public Hearing - July 15, 2024

56. Amendment XIV-Ratified February 3, 1913, started, "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. In the Plaintiff's opinion, he was not an American Citizen and did not work in the US, which is why the United States invaded Vietnam and forced his government of the Republic of Vietnam to pay income tax to the government of the United States. But the United States didn't build Vietnam with the Vietnamese people's income taxes; the United States has deprived the right of sovereign Vietnam and sent all of Vietnam's Armed Forces to our enemy. In contrast, he came to the United States on November 23, 1993, and the United States didn't pay a pension to him, let him rebuild his life after betraying Vietnam. Why does a great America lack equality and conscience after selling Vietnam to its enemy? Why did the United States take income taxes from the sovereignty of Vietnam to boundlessly enrich the USA when the Twenty-six Amendment does not allow the US Foreign Affairs to do it? 57. TAXATION- agreements regarding income tax administration. Exchange of notes at Saigon, March 31 and May 3, 1967. Entered into force, May 3, 1967. 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262; 685 UNTS 207.
