When the Writ of Habeas Corpus was applied to the American men who were criminals under the sovereignty of the United States, they rebelled against the United States by doing everything they wanted against the American Government. According to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war, they have fulfilled their duty and responsibility to the foreign policy of the United States. Moreover, we have not dared to resist a great, powerful America when we were neo-colonial, ruled by the United States. Even so, we have witnessed by the powerful America, the United States has been involved in coups, assassinations, and building a chaotic situation in Vietnam for decades, because we are ruled by the United States.
