We had never seized the natural resources and environment of the American people. Neither the Vietnamese people had never come to the US, never been born in the US, and never voted for any Congressman or the American President, which is why a US Senator Wayne Morse has been agitating and propagating for merchant war in Vietnam. Third, after the US Congress passed its Act, the promises of the US didn’t keep with the Republic of Vietnam. The US abused the ideology against communism; the US has quickly transferred to the merchant War in Vietnam. While the American Armed Forces fully seized Vietnam from A to Z, the US has not only Assassinated the Vietnamese President Ngo D. Diem but also organized the coup. Let the US destroy the Strategic hamlet Program of President Ngo D. Diem when his method has not only fire out so many Vietnamese communist spies. They have been mixed with the civils, but also been propaganda against the US Policy in Vietnam while they persuaded the Vietnamese people against the puppets of Saigon Government, while the US murdered President Ngo D. Diem, who was a patriotic Vietnamese leader, the US pushed the Vietnamese loyalty was abandoned the leader Ngo d. Diem, let them follow behind Vietnamese Communism.
