A United States Senator, Joe Biden, has not only libeled us, but also abused his power to trample us when he knew the hands-off policy of the Vietnam War of the United States Congress destroyed us. When he stated, "I am ready to vote any money to bring American soldiers and Americans out of South Vietnam back to the United States, but I will not give a penny for the evacuation and resettlement of any one person. Viet yet, the United States has no responsibility to save any one person or 100,001 Vietnamese; the United States has no responsibility to them. The victory of the Vietnamese communists was because they [ the Vietnamese]refused to fight anti-communism." Let the Plaintiff describe the situation in South Vietnam on April 30, 1975, to the Court exactly realize the situation at that time.
