USSC Public Hearing - July 15, 2024

According to the Fourteenth Ament of the United States Constitution, the United States Congress did not have the right to enact the law to invade its Vietnam ally. Because no American congressmen and American President were born, lived, and grew up in Vietnam, they didn't have the right to enact the law in Vietnam. When the American Congressmen and American President were voted by the American people. Therefore, they have served their people and nation. In contrast, no Vietnamese people have been born in the United States and worked in the United States, which is why the United States has not only invaded Vietnam, but also forced the Vietnamese people and Vietnamese Armed Forces to pay income taxes to the United States. No Vietnamese people and soldiers voted for any congressmen and American President, which is why they enacted the law to invade Vietnam. Perhaps, at the time, the United States had been invading for Vietnam, the American Court system didn't carry out in the United States. Therefore, the United States congress and the powerful American political leaders had never respected the American justice when they deprived the right of sovereign immunity of Vietnam.
