USSC Public Hearing - July 15, 2024

We, the Vietnamese American refugees, have understood the United States has played a game of hoaxes in the Vietnam war because the United States has signed with the Republic of Vietnam within four multilateral and thirsty-seven bilateral treaties and international relations of protocols, which is why those were valued less than toilet paper, when the United States has the right of sovereign immunity, but the United States has deprived the right of sovereignty of Vietnam. The United States Constitution has not allowed the United States Congress and American leaderships to deprive the right of foreign nations, like the Fourteenth Amendment. Section 1. That is why a United States Senator, Wayne Morse, testified hearings before his Congress to enact the law to invade and subvert our Republic of Vietnam. On the other hand, the Vietnamese American refugees have come to the United States when you nod off without having struggled with the transparency of justice with the US Justice. - we should realize between patriots and economics which are different with each other. The Economics is favored by the regular Vietnamese guys when patriots offer it to the upper Vietnamese men. Finally, how do we realize to our followers who were 300,000. officers, killed in many reeducations center detainees' camps without having been sentenced of judge and one excellent million soldiers were disbanded by a great America without having expressed the United States Constitution?
