Dear Sir, Congratulations to your American Democratic Party for getting back both congress and house. Your party could express boundlessly enriched without having respected the US Constitution from the Vietnam War. As you understood about your Congress law, which is the American Prisoners of war that was treated by the psychological of after war, which is why you're congress has not only discriminated against national color, race but also prejudiced the native laws and Constitution with the Vietnamese American prisoners of war, which is why they US Congress has enacted S.484 Bring Them Home Alive Program to cite 38 US Code 111_ 552- Payment allowance after the US had signed a bilateral treaty with ex-enemy of North Vietnam, while the US has ratified four multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties with your ally of the Republic of Vietnam. Why have the US Treaties and international relations protocols become worse values less than toilet paper? As you know a bilateral treaty...
In conclusion, on the other hand, the proverb says, " out of the frying pan, into the fire. He left his sacred nation when he came to the US through the reeducation center and imprisonment. His prisoner of war changed beyond to a Vietnamese American enslaver by the Native Americans. So, the Plaintiff has come to the US, where he virtually lost his precious life, and then, the hypocritical policy of a great, powerful America has been poured on his head without regret. Therefore, his wisdom ought to struggle for equal justice by upholding the transparency of American justice within the American laws and Constitution. Let the Plaintiff have sought equal justice in his second Motherland without having due to political motives.
