Why did President Nixon, Secretary of State Kissinger, and two Senators together gather to threaten to cut off the head of President Nguyen Van Thieu if he didn't ratify the Paris Peace Accords? And President Nixon stated, "No one will drop behind the Paris Peace Accords." That is why the United States has disbanded one million Vietnamese troops, deprived the right of sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam to let the United States sell off the ally of the Republic of Vietnam to socialism?
