USSC Public Hearing - July 15, 2024/ Commentary the Paris Peace Accords The Paris Peace Accords has freely assassinated one excellent million troops of the Republic of Vietnam and freely murdered three hundred thousand officials of South Vietnamese without having sentenced of judgment, which is why the United States has not only abused its power to deprive the right of live of the Vietnamese people but also expressed disloyalty, unjust cause, and injustice of a great America without respected its constitution- for example, the First Amendment, the fourteenth Amendment, section 1, the Article III, section 1,2 &3 of the United States Constitution and so on. In fact, the First Amendment has protected the freedom of thought, which is why the United States has deprived the freedom of thought of the Republic of Vietnam ally and sold its Vietnam ally to socialism and detained us after the fourteenth years' were detainees by 22 U.S Code§ 7105, - Protection assistance for victims of trafficking and 18 US Code §§1581-1597 – Peonage- the trafficking victims Protection Act, the United States has signed a bilateral treaty on August 28, 1989-TIAS., and has ordered the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) that it released the South Vietnamese officials out of the reeducation center of North Vietnam- and then, the United States has re-bought us with a zero price. Ironically, the United States Constitution has banned to trafficking humans and peonage, which is why the United States has abused its power to deprive of the Republic of Vietnam's sovereignty, while the United States has solemnly signed a bilateral treaty to ratify the Sovereign of immunity of the Republic of Vietnam on April 4, 1961(Vietnam.tias 4717-). According to Article III of the United States Constitution, that has also respected any treaties of the United States to sign with the foreign nations. That is why the United States treaties were unequal treaties when the United States has been signed with its Vietnam ally- instead, a great powerful America has not only represented by one of five nations of the United Nations but also being modern civilization age, which is why the United States has played a game of war's hoaxes with its small national Vietnam. Second, the fourteenth Amendment, section 1, of the United States Constitution-Ratified July 9, 1868, has stated, " All person born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; or shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; or deny to any person within jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Let Bright Quang analyze exactly what was going on in the Vietnam War. First the United States Congress has not only abused its power to enact the law's H.R. 785, section 407 Pub- L. 88_205.-Approved December 16, 1963. Even worse, not the United States Congressmen were born up, worked, and made duty and responsibility in Vietnam or the American Presidents were too. That is why the United States Congressmen and an American President interfered in the internal affairs of their Vietnam ally. While no Vietnamese people's citizens had voted for any United States congressmen and an American President. That is why the United States Congress has enacted the law to invade the sovereignty of Vietnam when both nations had not bound sovereignty to each other- For example, the Vietnamese people and the Vietnamese government had not terrorized the United States and invaded to the severity of the United States. Third, the war of the United States has been persuaded by the United States Congress to fight against communism in the sovereignty of Vietnam. The United States has not only persuaded Vietnam but also took advantage of the civil war of the Vietnamese people. That was together found against international communism, which is why the United States has not promised to fight against communism. When the United has abused the political ideology of the Vietnamese people, the United States has secretly built up the war. We were in a civil war. That is why the United States has interfered into international affairs. The Article III of the United States Constitution has approved the foreign nations treaties by the Department of Affairs, which is why the US department Affairs had been signed the four multilateral and the thirty-even treaties and countless international relations of protocols with its Vietnam ally, but all of them were valued less than toilet paper. For example, the Paris Peace Accords was made impossible by an unequal treaty for the Republic of Vietnam. So, two United States Senators, Secretary of State, and President Nixon were together threatening to cut the head of President Nguyen Van Thieu when President Nguyen Van Thieu worried about the view seemed to like Ex-President Ngo Dinh Diem. Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Van Thieu approved the Paris Peace Accords. After that, the United States has secretly welcomed the North Vietnamese troops to South Vietnam. From 1973 to 1975, the Vietnamese communist guerillas and troops withdrew to the highlands, so the United States allowed the North Vietnamese troops to progress South Vietnam by the trail way of Ho Chi Minh. But the United States didn't allow the South Troops to fight against it, North Vietnam violated the Paris Peace Accords when the United States has ordered Mr. Nguyen Van Thieu to cut and ran out of Middle Vietnam and gradually abandoned South Vietnam. Ironically, the United States didn't allow the Fadden South Vietnam soldiers to refugee to the United States because a United States Senator, Joe Biden stated, “America has no responsibility from Vietnamese soldiers". While Senator Joe Biden had approved H.R. 7885, section 407 to invade and subvert the sovereign immunity of Vietnam during the United States has respectfully protected its sovereign immunity when the United States has deprived the right of immunity of the Republic of Vietnam. Even worse, after the fourteenth years have gone by, the United States has secretly ordered North Vietnam; let's release all of the reeducation detainee’s centers by a bilateral treaty on August 28, 1989. TIAS. Let the United States recapture the modern prisoners of war with the zero penny, but the United States Congress enacted S. 484 and cited 38 USC 111 and 550 to cheat the Vietnamese American prisoners of war.
