That is why no AMerican magistrates had ordered to prohibit their President Kennedy when President Kennedy had sent the American Armed Forces to invade the Republic of Vietnam ally, after 20 years in war, the United States has not only enforced any United States treaties with its Vietnam ally but also sold the Republic of Vietnam to socialism and detained one million troops of the Republic of Vietnam without had the American Magistrates that they ordered to against any powerful American political leaders while they distorted their constitution and law- therefore, Bright Quang creates the book Voice of Equal Justice or so-called Syllogism Doctrine when he cites Voice of Equal Justice is expressed by wisdom of a modern slave wars guy by the Vietnam War.
