That is why Yugoslavia was supported by the United States, yet the Republic of Vietnam was sold to socialism and disbanded all of its legal government by the Paris Peace Accords on April 30, 1975 without having respected Multilateral and bilateral treaties and supported compensation to its and allied Vietnamese detainees were partnerships while the United States distorted is Constitution in Vietnam.
