Dear Sir, My case number docket: 25-5851 by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, so I will have to appeal my case to the United States Supreme Court, but I'm Rehearing from the Ninth Circuit, after that, I would need you to help me. It is so ordered by the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth circuit, so, I will submit Rehearing appeals to the Ninth Circuit, I am researching the claim case of the United States compensated for Yugoslavia in 1948 because this case has proved to my case and compensated for Angolan after 1975, the United States violated the sovereignty of Angola.
