The Virtuous Life Bright Quang B.A.'s real name is Nguyen Xuan Quang, pen name is Bich Quang and then Bright Quang of a Vietnamese American pen, born on September 6, 19xx in Tinh Son commune, Son Tinh district, Quang Ngai province, Vietnam. Mr. Quang graduated from the Hue Art College in 1971 and then, term 3/72 course of the National Police Academy (SQCS) at Thu Duc Academy, Saigon, was appointed to the position of Second Lieutenant, Chief of the National Police in Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Hanh district, Quang Ngai, and then the position of Second Lieutenant, Chief of the National Police in Ha Nam commune, Son Ha district, Quang Ngai, sometimes handling the commander of Son Ha district.
