Bright Quang
Dear Bank of America, Holly O'Neill, Madam, My name is Bright Quang43o 1st Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063. I would like to report my special matter to Madam, as I need help with the reasons: When I have been troubled with my website's https://www.brightquang.net and my email address' bright_qng@yahool.com. My website was built in 2012 after I graduated from the University of Art. Let me sell my pieces of artwork, the figurines of the cast bronze, and my paintings, which is why in 2020, Yahoo. The small business was suddenly shut down by my website's www.bright.net and email. While my email was signed by the student loan officer, the government officer, and the United States Courts, I was lost the get information. So, the SuverMonkey company has been trying to convince me to restore my www.brightquang.net and email for $1.99 per month. Therefore, I agreed to let it restore my website and email. Thus, I believed it to be a Native American expert in computers without having cheated anyone, and then, I showed my information to SuverMonkey, but it did not tell me any prices to design a new website. Therefore, I just quickly checked my bank account when I saw SurveyMonkey, which purchased $1.512.00. So, I chatted with SurveyMonkey about what I made a refund for, and cancelled my account in SurveyMonkey because the price you did not tell me before you should restore my website and email. If SurveyMonk told me this price, I would not agree to pay for it. If I may agree, I could not cancel it. However, SurveyMonkey did not let me know before; therefore, I must cancel this $1.512.00 and my account in your SurveyMonkey system. Finally, I would like to submit my matter to Madam. Let Madam may have gotten a refund from SurveyMonkey Company. I would like to appreciate you so much. Respectfully yours, Bright Quang
